Our standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00nn.
• Early check-in must be coordinated in advance and is subject to availability.
• In case there is a tour the same day of check-out, all things must be kept at our locker before leaving for a tour.
• Only registered guests at the reception may use the accommodation facilities of the resort.
• For safety purposes, visitors are not allowed inside the rooms. Please use the lobby-bar or the restaurant for socializing and meetings.
• In case of power outage, we have a back-up generator. However, we may request to turn-off the air-conditioning unit and water heater while using the genset due to loading capacity.
• Please keep personal belongings, money and other valuables in a safe-deposit box located at the reception. Otherwise, the resort will not be held accountable for loss of undeclared valuables.
• As means of showing respect to our co-guests, please avoid making noises especially during late hours of nights and early mornings.
• Help us conserve energy: turn-off the lights, air-conditioning unit and fan when leaving your room. Make sure the faucets are turned-off as well.
• Cleaning of rooms will be on as per request. Please advise the staff on the frequency of how would you like your room to be cleaned. Clean-up timing is from 9:00am to 4:00pm only.
• Washing of garments is not allowed in the room. Please use the resort laundry service for that purpose.
• Please take care of your room keys. Make sure to return it upon check-out. Lost keys will be charged Php 500.
• Guests who causes damage to resort properties on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of damage.
• All possible complaints by individual, agency or contract guest shall be taken into account only if reported during the stay. All later claims shall be rejected.
• Please make sure to personally sign all the resort service bills.
